Waikato Table Tennis is running a NZ School Teacher coach education course.

Where:      Waikato Table Tennis Stadium, Edgecumbe park, Edgecumbe Street, Hamilton.

When:        Monday the 30^th April, 2018 (6 hours, 9-12 and 1-4pm).

Cost:            FREE

The course is a full one-day (6-hours, 9-12 and 1-4pm) hands-on education course that will give teachers the ability to learn the basics of coaching Table Tennis. The course will ensure attendees have the skills to be able to run in-school activities or coach teams at competitions such as the interschools competition.

At the completion of the course attendees will be awarded a nationally recognised NZ Table Tennis School Teacher coach qualification.

All course attendees receive a School teacher coaching manual, which includes useful resources such as basic stroke/technique cards, fun activities/games, lesson plans and more.

Waikato Table Tennis invites schools to register a teacher(s) (max 2 per school) to attend the NZ School Teacher Coach Education course. There will be no cost to attend this course. Numbers for the course are limited so attendance is on a first‑registered basis.
