Shane Mckee moving into A Grade Division this week after some good results in previous weeks has upset more players this week with his $2 bat that has no rubbers on it and dents in the wood. Shane has a very unique style of play where his defensive style is very difficult for most players to handle. The faster you hit the ball and the more spin you loop it with, the harder it is to return if Shane returns it.
His unique style and bat reverses all spin that is put on the ball, which is very hard for the majority of club players to figure out his style because spin serves do not work with this player.
Adding to his list of victims in this weeks club night were Sam Roa, 11-5, 5-11, 11-8 and Turongo Mahara 11-1, 13-11, 11-8. Unfortunately for Shane he couldnt produce the clean sweep in singles matches tonight when he played one of the club’s top players in Darin who is very experienced in all styles of players going down 7-11, 5-11.
